LORA M. CLARK

 LORA M. CLARK wrote the locally published 36 page chapbook, Land Ho! Gloucester, featuring ten poems, most set in Cape Ann. “The Wraith of Dogtown” is a traditional ballad which briefly recounts Dogtown’s history before telling the story of an unsuccessful romance between a suitor and the daughter of a Dogtown witch.
